Taking a deep breath is the human equivalent to hitting a computer "reset button."
It causes you to stop in the moment and become aware, allowing you to release the excess data that may be slowing your processing or clogging your circuits. Through the breath the mind becomes focused, the noise quieted, and the body relaxed. You move forward refreshed. Within that state greatness is created.
The word "inspire" literally means "to breath in."
